Please ensure the preview point is set at the same point for every difficulty.
If you're still encountering issues please the map, either via the in-game editor, or export it and it externally (Google Drive for example), so that we may have a look at the issue.

your audio is not an MP3. Just changing the file type does not mean it is truly encoded to what it would be.
The osu! website cannot properly play AAC audio as a preview, you'll have to use an online encoder or something else.
