It's so odd that no one has suggested witch's slave as a Featured Artist, considering some of their songs went on to be extremely popular within osu!, examples such as artefatto vita to name a few very brief examples.
Their hardstyle-sounding music style plus having been featured in other rhythm games like Arcaea make them a no-brainer choice to include in osu! too.

Another suggestion I'm actually relatively surprised wasn't suggested either. Halozy has been consistently relevant within the osu! community for over a decade, having some of the most famous maps in the game itself, a good example of which could be Hollow Wings' maps of Deconstruction Star among many other famous maps within the game. Halozy has left a sizeable footprint within osu! so it'd make sense to bring them aboard.
They have collaborated with many independent creators in the past too, examples being Nanahira & macaroom, to release plenty of iconic songs during their time.

This one skipped my mind completely when I was writing but I might as well edit my post with a 3rd suggestion. Demetori has always been a classic artist for osu!, with songs being mapped as far back as 2009 with Ghostly Eyes by happy30. Demetori has remained relevant in osu! for well over 11 years at this point with new Ranked maps appearing as recent as April 2020.
Demetori has a reputation in osu!, for a lot of newer players they're seen as the "final boss" maps to test their mettle, and for top players - a way to challenge themselves. With metal guitar solos to rival the likes of DragonForce. Not to mention they've teamed up with nao under the alias DystopiaGround. Demetori seems like a total no-brainer for osu!
