You can try and get into the testflight home/testflight otherwise you'll have to figure something else out.

while file is the ipa? doesn't seem to be in the releases

There have not been any iOS releases lately due to technical difficulties. Last build that is playable onlineb with an .ipa is https://github.com/ppy/osu/releases/tag/2024.625.2.

It is, make sure you go to the releases page for osu!lazer and there should be an "osu.iOS.ipa" file in the Assets. It is on GitHub, not the official osu! website.

Did you end up finding the latest ipa file it looks like they completely cut ipa files completely
