1. This is a 1v1 osu!standard tournament open to players of all ranks.
2. Players who have a flag on their profile from a country in North America are the only ones allowed to participate.
3. All matches shall be played using Head to Head, ScoreV2.
4. The top 32 players from qualifiers shall move onto the group stage.
   This tournament uses an alternative format
5. All scheduling will be done in UTC. Find your timezone along with conversions here.
6. All reschedules must be submitted before 23:59 UTC, Friday the week a round is due to happen. Reschedules beyond that point will only be accepted on a case-by-case basis in extenuating circumstances.
7. Players are required to the Discord for this tournament before the end of registration or else their registration is void.
8. Staff are prohibited from playing in the tournament with the exception of streamers, commentators, and GFX artists.

1. All players are expected to treat staff and other participants with a high level of respect. Any mistreatment or abuse in match or through Discord (this includes, but is not limited to: harassment, extreme toxicity, racism, ableism, sexism, homophobia, etc.) WILL NOT be tolerated. Sufficient punishment will be given accordingly.
2. Forfeiting two matches without prior notice/valid reasoning or dropping out of the tournament after qualifying because “you didn’t want to play anymore” or for any other non-emergency reason, will have you added to the watchlist and prohibited from entering the next iteration.
3. Where rules do not prevail, common sense shall. istration has explicit discretion to apply their judgement on issues as they see fit.

Qualifiers Procedures: 3rj5i

1. Qualifiers will be used to determine seeding for bracket stages.
2. The mappool will consist of 11 maps (4 NM / 2 HD / 2 HR / 3 DT) and shall be played ONCE, starting from NM1 and ending in DT3.
3. In order to keep lobbies running smoothly, 90 second timers shall be used between maps for players to ready up.
4. If a player fails to their lobby 5 minutes after the scheduled time, they may choose to play the maps they missed at the end of the lobby (with the referee’s permission) or reschedule to another lobby.
5. Following qualifiers, the top 32 players will move onto the group stage.
   Those players shall be placed into one of 8 groups using snake seeding.
6. The top 2 players of each group will move onto the bracket stage. Group winners are decided by Win/Loss record, if there are ties they will be decided by most amount of points won, then point difference, and if there is a complete tie across all 3, the head-to-head result will be used to break the tie.

Match Procedures: h4i4e

1. A referee will create a lobby before the scheduled match time and invite the players.
2. Players are expected to show up to matches on time. It is a player’s responsibility to come prepared for the match. If a player comes unprepared, the referee may use their judgement as they see fit.
3. If a player fails to the match 5 minutes after the scheduled match time, they will lose their roll and bans.
4. If a player fails to the match 10 minutes from the scheduled match time, they will forfeit.

1. There are no warmups.
2. Players will roll for picks and bans. The winner of the roll may choose pick order or ban order. The loser will choose the remaining order.
3. There are no restrictions on picks and bans.
4. Throughout bracket stage, players will have 2 bans.
   - The first set of bans shall be at the start of the match, each player shall ban 1 map. After 4 maps are played, players will then be asked for their second set of bans.
   - The ban order will be ABAB.
5. Players will have 90 seconds for bans, should they fail to choose one within that time, they will lose their ban.
6. Players will have 90 seconds for picks, should they fail to choose one within that time, the pick will be randomly picked through the !roll command.
7. Once a map is picked, players will have 90 seconds to ready up. Once the timer is finished, the referee will force start the map.
8. Tiebreakers are played with FreeMod enabled, however, do not require a player to use a mod. (NF is still enforced.)

1. In the event of a disconnection, an abort/replay may be called if it occurred within the first 30 seconds of the map. Other than that, common sense will be applied. If proof exists of the disconnected player’s score (or a rough estimate of their hypothetical score if they finished the map), it will be used. If it is at all ambiguous, the other player will get the point. Each player is granted one replay per match.

1. Disconnections are considered to be unexpected, game-breaking events out of a player’s control (i.e. keyboard/tablet/mouse malfunction, system failure, internet disconnect, etc). Offset, background dim, leaderboard presence, etc. ARE NOT considered valid reasons to call for an abort/replay as players may fix these on their own time.
