But as a player in mainland China, the quality of direct connection to osu servers is usually unsatisfactory due to our government's 'special' network censorship policy.

I personally always use a proxy server when playing osu (or open relevant websites), which causes my IP address to always be in the United States. Is there any other way to change the profile flag?

You may need to prove to @ppy.sh to mail that you're in the country currently if you can't stay on your local internet environment.
